Hair Loss Warranty

Superhairpieces grants a 30 day limited warranty on validated hairpieces, covering excessive shedding and/or rapid hair loss. If you have lost more than 15% of hair during this period, Superhairpieces will be happy to repair your hair piece or wig free of charge.  Please note that once the unit has been sent to the factory, there will be a few months wait time. During which time you will need to provide your own unit.

In addition to, we cannot guarantee that you will not experience any future hair loss issues after the factory repair.   

Any issues that occur 30 days after the purchase date, warranty will be nulled and will not be accepted. 

**Please note, that v-looped based models are not included in this warranty as they are disposable units. These models include the M111 and HD111. 

**This warranty does not include any units that have been mishandled by the client themselves.

**All sales are final once hair system has been altered. This includes Cut, Color, Thinned, Trimmed, etc.

Defective Hair Systems (other than hair loss) are considered the following for both stock and custom orders.

i.)            Incorrect Hair Cut

ii.)           Incorrect Base Cut 

iii.)          Incorrect Color, Density, Grey Percentage, or Size

These defects are subject to 15 days from the day the unit has been delivered to the address on the invoice.

Hair Loss Warranty/Defective Claim Process

Please refer to the following steps when starting your Claim:

i.)            Contact our Customer Service Department and state what the issue with your unit

Please note: You may be asked provide evidence through pictures, or may be asked to send unit in for inspection

ii.)           Our Customer Service Representative will then create a Service Request and provide you with a Service Request Number for reference 

iii.)          You then have 10 days to ship the unit back to us from the date of request for inspection

iv.)          Once inspection is completed, you will be contacted regarding any solutions we may be able to offer you

Please note: Any/ All items received after the 10 days without prior notice will NOT be considered and the request will be voided.  

**If you are within the United States or any other countries, please ship your hairpiece to our Florida office.

**If you are within Canada , please send your hairpiece to our Canadian address and mark on the package (Hairpiece for RETURN and do not claim higher than the value to avoid the custom duty and entry hassle).
