Our stylists are usually booked throughout the day for different hair replacement and maintenance services, so if you walk in without prior appointments, we may not be able to provide any of your services on the spot. In that case, you can cancel your appointments 48 hours ahead for free. However, any appointment cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a $20 cancellation fee due to the impact on our stylists' schedules and the cost of any materials prepared.
