We keep a database of your required hair system specifications to make your superior quality hair system experience with us a fast, convenient, affordable, and worry-free process.
Can I walk in for bookings, salon or maintenance services?
We recommend pre-booking your salon or maintenance services online or walking in at least a week in advance.
Our stylists are usually booked throughout the day for different hair replacement and maintenance services, so if you walk in without prior appointments, we may be unable to provide any of your services on the spot.
Having said so, if there are cancellations or availabilities on the said day, we can accommodate you on the same day.
If you need assistance booking a salon service, you can always call us, and we can do it for you.
Why is my login account for booking appointments different from the one with Superhairpieces?
Your account with Superhairpieces is for purchasing our products like hairpieces for women, hair systems for men, hair supplies, and hair accessories. However, we have a third-party software for booking our salon services.
Since we use different platforms for selling our products and services, our customers need different login accounts for each.
How long does a salon service take?
You can see the total duration of your salon service even before you make a booking. Depending on the services you have chosen - haircut, hair colour, maintenance, or installation, the cost and estimated time of each service have been mentioned on the in-store appointment page on our website.
Do you have any other salon locations?
Our salons are conveniently located in the GTA - Mississauga and North York. You can choose any of these locations according to your convenience.
We aim to keep our customers satisfied and happy. In case you feel differently about your salon service, you can always contact our customer support team or email us, and we will definitely look into your grievances.
What is a subscription? Can I cancel anytime?
A subscription is a convenient and affordable payment plan for regular hair system users. You can choose to pay monthly or annually, saving you the hassle of placing orders each time, with prices starting as low as $121 per month, and you get an additional 8% discount for annual pre-payments. Hair system stock orders within the subscription can be cancelled with one month's notice, and any incurred fees will be settled accordingly. However, custom-made orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.
If I sign up for a subscription, should I be there at a fixed time, or can I change it?
Our subscription plans have fixed time frames (generally 3-4 weeks), but they are flexible enough to allow you to choose your appointment dates according to your convenience.
Can I learn how to attach a hair system by myself?
You sure can! Superhairpieces has plenty of informative videos and tutorials to learn from. Check out our YouTube channel for such content.

I don't know how to choose a hairpiece. Can I get a consultation before the service?
If you are a first-time buyer or need clarification on which hairpiece you want, we suggest you book a consultation with our experienced stylists to help you choose the right hairpiece and colour according to your style, preferences, and budget.
Can I cancel a booked appointment?
We understand that sometimes you may have other important things to take care of, so you might be unable to make all your appointments. In that case, you can cancel your appointments 48 hours ahead for free. However, any appointment cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a $20 cancellation fee due to the impact on our stylists' schedules and the cost of any materials prepared. If you have any concerns, please contact our customer service.
