How do I book a salon service? Can I walk in for bookings, salon or maintenance services?
While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend pre-booking your salon or maintenance services online on our website or walking in at least a week in advance. Our stylists are usually booked throughout the day for different hair replacement and maintenance services, so if you walk in without prior appointments, we may not be able to provide any of your services on the spot. Having said so, if there are cancellations or availabilities on the said day, we can accommodate you on the same day. If you need assistance booking a salon service or have any questions, you can always call us, and we can help you.
You can always walk into our women’s showroom in North York without an appointment to check our wigs and toppers for a better understanding of the quality, fit, and colour. Our stylists there are always happy to help.

How do I get my hairpiece?
If you have placed an order with us, you can pick up your hairpiece or related haircare products from any of our salon locations or warehouse. However, before you come in to pick up your new hairpiece, please call and confirm the presence of your desired hairpiece or products at the location where you intend to get your service done.
We also provide free and discreet shipping across North America. All our communication is in real-time, private, and confidential. We respond quickly to answer your query and provide a solution, and we do not disclose your purchase details to anyone but you.

A subscription is a monthly payment plan for regular hair system users. We keep a database of your required hair system specifications to make your experience with us a fast, convenient, affordable, and worry-free process. Your account with Superhairpieces is for purchasing our products like hairpieces for women, hair systems for men, hair supplies, and hair accessories. However, we have a third-party software for booking our salon services.
Since we use different platforms for selling our products and services, our customers need different login accounts for each.
How long does a salon service take?
You can see the total duration of your salon service even before you make a booking. Depending on the services you have chosen - haircut, hair colour, maintenance, or installation, the cost and estimated time of each service have been mentioned on the in-store appointment page on our website.
What if I am not satisfied with the service?
We aim to keep our customers satisfied and happy. In case you feel differently about your salon service, you can always contact our customer support team or email us, and we will definitely look into your grievances.
If I sign up for a subscription, should I be there at a fixed time, or can I change it?
Our subscription plans have fixed time frames (generally 3-4 weeks), but they are flexible enough to allow you to choose your appointment dates according to your convenience.

Can I cancel a booked appointment?
We understand that sometimes you may have other important things to take care of, so you might be unable to make all your appointments. In that case, you can cancel your appointments 48 hours ahead for free. However, any appointment cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a $20 cancellation fee due to the impact on our stylists' schedules and the cost of any materials prepared. If you have any concerns, please contact our customer service.

None at all. You are free to cancel your Service Discount Plan at any time, no questions asked. We only request that you give us one month’s notice to avoid automatic charges.

Service Discount Plans do not come with a cash balance; they operate on a validity period. While we might show a balance for internal tracking and booking purposes, this figure does not represent your actual payments and holds no cash value.

How do I confirm that my Service Discount Plan is active?
After you have successfully signed up and completed the payment, you will receive an email with:
- A receipt (down payment confirmation).
- A Service Discount Plan confirmation letter with details such as start date, included services, monthly payment schedule, and other essential information.
Can I cancel my annual Service Discount Plan and get a refund?
Yes, our Service Discount Plan is flexible, so you can cancel at any time. Your refund will be the total amount paid minus the full, non-discounted price of any services and products you've already used. However, custom-made hairpieces cannot be resold; therefore, they will be charged at their full price and transferred to you. Since our Program offers significant discounts, this ensures fairness for all customers. Expect the refund within 30 days.

How do I use my credit?
If you want to use your credit for in-store services such as hair system maintenance or installations, simply provide your name to our receptionist or customer service representative when you visit any of our locations. They will deduct the service fee from your prepaid credit and book you in for any other service you may need later. What if my balance is insufficient to cover today's service?
That should not be a problem. Our staff will deduct your available balance from the final amount, and you can complete the remaining payment using your credit/debit card or cash at the Superhairpieces store you are in.
How do I confirm that I received my credit?
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will get an email confirmation and a receipt, and your credit will be added to your online account immediately. It might take a little longer in some rare instances (such as holidays or system errors), but all credits will be applied within 3 to 5 business days.
Can I share my Service Prepayment Plan credit with family or friends?
Unfortunately, you cannot share the Gift Card with anyone. The Gift Card and cashback credit are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
Can I use my Service Prepayment Plan credit at any location?
Yes, Superhairpieces gives you the full flexibility to use our Service Prepayment Plan credit at any of our salon locations. However, this benefit does not extend to our partner salon.
Can I combine my Service Prepayment Plan credit with other promotions or discounts?
Yes, you can, but not at all times. Your Square balance can be used like cash in-store and applies to most promotions, such as discounts for new stylists. However, some promotions, like those available exclusively to new customers, may have restrictions. If confused, please check with our staff before using your credit. They can assist and guide you well.
Can I add more funds to my existing Service Prepayment Plan?
Unfortunately, you can not do so. However, you can always purchase another Service Prepayment Plan and enjoy the same benefits.
Will I receive a physical Gift Card?
No, you do not get a physical gift card. Instead, your credit is securely stored in our system under your account. You can check your balance online at any time. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
What if I lose access to my account?
If you can't access your account, contact our customer service team, who are always ready and happy to assist you in recovering your account and balance.
