For retail clients, all stock hairpieces are returnable for exchange or a full refund, minus shipping fees, within 15 days of receiving the item, provided it is still in its original condition and packaging. Any final sale options like base cuts, hair styling, bleached knots, and perming mean that the item cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom orders, overstock/limited edition hair systems, and all supplies are also final sale.
