Shipping Policy
- All men's & women's hairpieces qualify for free regular shipping across Canada.
- Supply orders less than 3lbs and over $100 value are eligible for free shipping (excluding substantially large objects, such as mannequin heads, for which express and overnight shipping options are available at an added cost)
- Shipping costs are subject to change based on the chosen shipping method, destination, weight and number of items in your package.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for any online hair service or styling, such as base cut and/or haircut, after which your order will be shipped out.
- All orders placed online with the 'Overnight Shipping' option must be submitted and received before 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
- All estimated timeframes for delivery refer to business days only. Please expect delays during the holiday season.
Shipping Policy: Evolve Global Academy
- We will ship the startup full business kit if you enroll in the live online class. Standard shipping is free across North America. However, extra charges apply to express shipping options.
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method, weight, number of items, and destination you choose.
- ALL orders placed online with Overnight Ship must be submitted and received before 4:30 pm Eastern Time. Any order placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Please expect delays during the holiday season.
Return Policy: Evolve Global Academy
- If you have purchased a course but need to cancel, you can do so up to two weeks before the day of the live class for a refund. You will be unable to cancel the course post that.
- You must return the startup complete business kit in its original condition if you have received it.
- A $50.00 restocking charge will be applied to your return.
Return Policy: Stock Hairpieces
- You can return your untouched hairpiece within 15 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, minus the shipment fee.
- If the returned item is not in its original condition and packaging, you will be charged $15.00 or more as a restocking charge per item returned. (If you want to avoid the restocking fee, ensure we get the hairpiece or item just as you received it. We do not accept used and washed hairpieces. Ensure that the net covering and moulds are intact too)
- Final sale hairpieces (base cuts, hair styling, bleached knots, perm, or any service that alter the hairpiece permanently) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend shipping with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for any lost returns.
Return Policy: Supplies
- All supply items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom orders, Overstock and Final Sales Items:
- All custom orders, overstock and clearance categories are final sales, with no return, exchange, or refund.
- All online services items, including base cuts, haircuts, perms, bleached knots, and colouring, are final sales. There is no return, refund, or warranty once the hairpiece is permanently altered. Click to check for details.
Return Policy: Hair Extensions
- Returns are only accepted until 2 weeks after ordering, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
- Post the 2 weeks limited period, an 80% credit of the value will be added to your account for future orders.
- Large returns are subject to a handling fee.
- No returns after 3 months of ordering.
- We recommend shipping with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for any lost returns. You are also responsible for all return shipping costs.
Warranty
We also do not guarantee that you will not experience any future hair loss issues after the factory repair.
**Please note that v-looped-base models are not included in this warranty as they are disposable units. These models include the M111, M111XT, HD111 and M161V.
- Incorrect Hair Cut
- Incorrect Base Cut
- Incorrect Color, Density, Grey Percentage, or Size
These defects are subject to refunds within 15 days from the day the unit has been delivered to the address on the invoice.
Hair Loss Warranty/Defective Claim Process
- Contact our Customer Service Department and state the issue with your unit. Please note: You may be asked to provide pictures as evidence or may be asked to send the unit in for inspection.
- Our Customer Service Representative will then create a Service Request and provide you with a Service Request Number for reference
- You then have 10 days to ship the unit back to us from the date of the request for inspection
- Once the inspection is completed, you will be contacted regarding any solutions we may be able to offer you
Please note: Any / All items received after the 10 days without prior notice will NOT be considered, and the request will be void.
**If you are within Canada, please send your hairpiece to our Canadian address and mark on the package (Hairpiece for RETURN and do not claim higher than the value to avoid customs duty and entry hassle).
Extensions Warranty
Please note that there is a colour discrepancy between our 3A/4A extensions and the colour ring. The colour ring matches more to our 5A/6A extensions as they are made with premium Chinese hair. The 3A/4A extensions are made with a mix of Indian/Chinese hair, so the colours are a little off, notably in the blondes, due to the quality of the hair. We are working on swatches matching the 3A/4A quality hair colours.

Hair Extension should be treated well before being Ironed, Cut, Colored, Thinned, Trimmed, etc.
**No warranty for any units that the client has mishandled.
**All sales are final once the hair system has been altered. This includes Cut, Color, Thinned, Trimmed, etc.
