Superhairpieces Gift Card + Cashback is a prepaid payment plan that offers big cashback and savings. We offer three options for gift card purchases: $500, $2000, or $4000.

7. How can I check my balance?
In-store discount plans subscriptions do not have a cash balance; they operate on a validity period. While we might show a balance for internal tracking and booking purposes, this figure does not represent your actual payments and holds no cash value.
8. What if I want to add extra hair or services beyond my subscription?
You can always add more services through these three options:
- Pay the standard market price for additional hair or services.

- Upgrade your subscription to include more services.
9. How do I confirm that my discount plan subscription is active?
After you have successfully signed up and completed the payment, you will receive an email with:
- A receipt (down payment confirmation).
- A subscription confirmation letter with details such as start date, included services, monthly payment schedule, and other essential information.
10. Can I cancel my annual payment subscription and get a refund?

Yes, our subscription plans are flexible, so you can cancel anytime. Your refund will be the total amount paid minus the full, non-discounted price of any services and products you've already used. However, custom-made hairpieces cannot be resold; therefore, they will be charged at their full price and transferred to you. Since our subscription offers significant discounts, this ensures fairness for all customers. Expect the refund within 30 days.
11. Does the Gift Card + Cashback offer expire?
No, that's what makes this offer so good! Unlike other gift cards, Superhairpieces’ gift card has no expiration date. You can use it anytime you like.
12. Can I get a refund on my Gift Card + Cashback payment?
Unfortunately, no. SHP’s Gift Card + Cashback payments are non-refundable. Please consult our customer service representatives if you have any further questions about purchasing or using these gift cards. They would be happy to clarify any doubts you may have.
13. How do I use my credit?
If you want to use your credit for in-store services such as hair system maintenance or installations, simply provide your name to our receptionist or customer service representative when you visit any of our locations. They will deduct the service fee from your prepaid credit and book you in for any other service you may need later. Additionally, you can use the bonus store credit for purchases on our website.

15. What if my balance is insufficient to cover today’s service?
That should not be a problem. Our staff will deduct your available balance from the final amount, and you can complete the rest of the payment using your credit/debit card or cash at the Superhairpieces store you are in.
16.How do I confirm that I received my credit?
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will get an email confirmation and a receipt, and your credit will be added to your online account immediately. It might take a little longer in some rare instances (such as holidays or system errors), but all credits will be applied within 3 to 5 business days.
17. Can I share my Gift Card + Cashback credit with family or friends?
Unfortunately, you can not share the Gift Card with anybody. The Gift Card and cashback credit are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
18. Can I use my Gift Card + Cashback credit at any location?
Yes, Superhairpieces gives you the full flexibility to use our Gift Card + Cashback credit at any of our salon locations. However, this benefit does not extend to our partner salon.
19. Can I combine my Gift Card + Cashback credit with other promotions or discounts?
Yes, you can, but not at all times. Your Square balance can be used like cash in-store and applies to most promotions, such as discounts for new stylists. However, some promotions, like those available exclusively to new customers, may have restrictions. If confused, please check with our staff before using your credit. They can assist and guide you well.
20. Can I add more funds to my existing Gift Card + Cashback offer?
Unfortunately, you can not do so. However, you can always purchase another Gift Card + Cashback offer and enjoy the same benefits.
21. Will I receive a physical Gift Card + Cashback Card?
No, you do not get a physical gift card. Instead, your credit is securely stored in our system under your account. You can check your balance online at any time. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
22. What if I lose access to my account?
